	Responsive and Improved GUI HC10 now offers a completely new look and easy to navigate user interface. New features ranging from Widgets, Foo Tables, Transition Styles, Draggable Panels, Data Maps, Modals, Metrics and much more culminate in a highly vibrant GUI. Another need of the day is to have an application translate to every possible screen size. The responsive layout of HC10 makes it available on a broad spectrum of devices ranging from desktops to small screen handhelds.
	Lightweight installation No more heavy installations with HC10. Unlike previous versions, one of the core focuses of HC10 is to keep the installer size at its minimal. This essentially tends to expedite the installation time and make it take up less space on drives. Radically improved installation experience is one of the most sought after features and that is exactly what HC10 delivers. Facilitates users with the simplicity of a lightweight installation.
	Flexible plan and resource management to meet various business cases Real business opportunities can manifest themselves in diverse forms therefore it’s imperative to always have your service plans ready to handle every business scenario possible. HC10 brings the notion of “Hybrid Service Plans” to life. Here you may blend Cloud and on-premises products of choice and package them into relevant service bundles, in a bid to realize the full potential of a true Hybrid system. In addition HC10 permits “Composite Resources” which are small packages of specific resources attachable to service plans.
	Hybrid control panel with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure and Office 365 support. A hybrid solution can live up to its reputation only if it provides provisioning across a number of on-premises and Cloud platforms. HC10 offers hybrid control in its truest sense. It enables provisioning of virtual machines in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure (MS Azure) Clouds through its panel. The AWS EC2 is a world renowned web service that allows customers to create as many or as few virtual servers as they need, complete with various configurations of CPU, memory, storage, and networking capacity. Similarly MS Azure lets users tap into the Microsoft Cloud for the purpose of creating Windows/Linux virtual machines, the way they need them.
	Support for Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program Now you may provision directly into the Microsoft Cloud as a Direct or Indirect CSP partner. HC10 makes selling Office 365, owning end-to-end customer relationships and supporting clients extremely easy. CSP partners of all sizes can commission various CSP Services such as Office 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Skype for Business Online on a single Azure AD user centrally, relieving themselves of the pain of switching interfaces.
	RESTful API HC10 is completely restructured with a RESTful API to ensure convenient integration with various applications and as a result is lightweight, maintainable and scalable. The REST aspect of HC10 opens it up to integration with other interfaces comparatively with greater ease and affluence.
	N-tier user architecture Unlike previously, this version is no more limited to just three tiers. HC10 extends support to an N-tier user architecture complete with the management and control of Admins, Resellers, Sub-Resellers and Clients. The Resellers can further have Sub-Resellers beneath them and this chain can extend all the way down to the Nth level. Clients unlike the Resellers are the end users and cannot have dependents.
	Ability to make a single machine part of multiple clusters A broader goal has always been to provide a single Hosting Controller machine greater flexibility. In the past there were numerous requests to authorize a single server to serve more than one hosting clusters. HC10 turns this into reality. Now you may have a single Web, Mail, DNS, Database or Exchange machine be a part of multiple clusters.
	Creation of Staff Members as separate panel users A longstanding demand was to somehow provide various personnel and departments of an organization, granular access to their own interfaces. In reality this comes down to providing different departments at the same horizontal level, such as Finance or Production, access to self-service. Delivering on the promise, HC10 permits Staff Members to have their own user interfaces for performing administrative tasks. These Staff Members are distinct from Customers (end users).
	Wallet based billing Rarely do shopping carts include billing features. The HC10 Marketplace comes reinforced with a full spectrum billing system. Integrated billing includes a pre-paid wallet feature besides other interesting features.
	Hosting Controller on Amazon EC2 Deploy and use Hosting Controller’s hybrid multi-cloud control panel on Amazon EC2 instances. A pre-built control panel on an EC2 instance not only saves you time and effort but also presents significant cost reduction. Through Hosting Controller you can manage a wide variety of highly available hosted services on Amazon EC2 instances.
