Sold Plans are Service Plans which have already been sold to customers. A plan can be sold more than once. HC10 refers to the copy of a sold plan as an Instance. If the same plan has been sold twice, two Instances of the plan have been sold. HC10 keeps complete track of both types of sold and available plans and ensures simple management of all existing plans.
