Editing bulk mailboxes
Mailboxes can be edited individually or in bulk. While mailboxes can be edited individually through their dashboards, they can be edited here in bulk.
To edit mailboxes in bulk, click 
and then Edit Bulk Mailboxes.
All Users
Properties of all mailboxes can be changed together. In case of All Users specify the following:
Select Senders
Properties of only a selected few mailboxes can be changed as required. In case of Select Senders, specify the following:
Filter User
Mailboxes can even be edited in bulk, based on certain pre-applied filters such as only those mailboxes that are greater than a certain size or those of the type user. In case of Filter Users, specify the following:
Settings to change: The following mailboxes properties can be edited together.
Available Options:
Adding public folder to favorites in outlook sometimes returns the following error: “No public folders are available. Check that a public folders deployment exists in this Exchange Organization. If so, please try again”. This is a generic error which can be resolved easily by updating the public folder mailbox database for all the mailboxes in the organization, that are facing the issue.
