Viewing Office365 user licenses report

To view Office365 user licenses report, go to Reports >> Enterprise Reports and click View under Office365 User Licenses Report section to proceed.

Office365 User Licenses Report page shows users with additional information as:

  • User Name- shows name of the user.
  • Owner Name - shows name of the owner.
  • Customer Name - shows name of the customer.
  • License - shows license information.

 

Adding a Search Filter

To add a search filter, click  at top right to proceed.

 

Added filter can be seen on Office365 User Licenses Report page in the Select Filter list as:
