Additions and modifications performed directly in Exchange at the backend are not reflected in HC. For instance a mailbox added manually in Exchange through ECP may not reflect in HC. To overcome this hurdle HC makes available the feature of Trigger Sync. The trigger provides an organization wide sync of all changes made directly at the backed.
