Viewing Exchange mailboxes offers report

To view Exchange mailboxes offers report, go to Reports >> Enterprise Reports and click View under Exchange Mailboxes Offers Report section to proceed.

Exchange Mailboxes Offers Report page shows users with additional information as:

  • User Name - shows name of the user.
  • 1GB Mailbox CR - shows consumed amount against 1 GB mailbox.
  • 2GB Mailbox CR - shows consumed amount against 2 GB mailbox.
  • 3GB CR - shows consumed amount against 3 GB mailbox.
  • 5GB CR - shows consumed amount against 5 GB mailbox.
  • 500MB CR - shows consumed amount against 500 MB mailbox.
  • FNS1GB Mailbox CR - shows consumed amount against FNS 1 GB mailbox.
  • ActiveSync - shows consumed amount against ActiveSync.
