Skype for Business

HC10 Skype for Business provides an all-inclusive web interface to the provisioning and management of Skype for Business accounts. It simplifies the overall process of creating Skype for Business users, SIP domains and segregated tenants, allowing service providers a better chance to offer IM, conferencing, presence information and enterprise-class telephony to their customers. This section provides complete management of tasks related to Skype for Business.

To manage Skye organizations go to Provisioning >> Skype for Business.  

Manage Skype Organizations page shows list of existing Skype organizations with additional information as:

  • Organization Name - shows name of the organization.
  • Owner - shows owner name of the organization.
  • Provider - shows provider.
  • Total Skype Users - shows total number of the Skype users.
  • Total SIP Domains - shows total number of SIP domains.
  • Actions - allow admins to perform various actions.
