With HC10 each user can login to its user interface with assigned credentials i.e. username and password. However as a top level user can administer all users beneath, it may also login automatically (without providing user credentials) to a sub user. HC10 refers to this feature as Auto Login. All users may be Auto Logged in to from a level above except API Admin

To auto login as a user, go to Control Panel Users >> Panel Users and click Auto Login under Actions column.
