Viewing Exchange mailboxes status report
To view Exchange mailboxes status report, go to Reports >> Enterprise Reports and click View under Exchange Mailboxes Status Report section to proceed.

Exchange Mailboxes Status Report page shows mailboxes with additional information as:

Exchange Mailboxes Status Report page allow admins to download the detailed report and add search filter as required. For further details, refer to the following sections:

To download detailed Exchange mailboxes status report, click Download Report.
Adding a Search Filter
To add a search filter, click 
at top right to proceed.
Added filter can be seen on Exchange Mailboxes Status Report page in the Select Filter list as:
