Changing ownership
Resources of a reseller can be transferred directly to the Global Admin (host). This means handing the resources over to the host. Changing ownership makes host the new owner of these resources. The following resources can be transferred to the host:
- Users
- Service Plans
Changing ownership transfers all users and plans of the reseller to the host. This option does not allow individual transfer of resources.
To change ownership of all your plans and users from reseller to host, from top right corner of your screen, click 
and then go to Migration >> Change Ownership.
Fields marked in red are required fields and cannot be left empty.
