Managing Public Folder Mailboxes
Before creating a Public Folder, you must first create a public folder Mailbox. Public Folder Mailboxes contain the hierarchy information plus the content for public folders.
To manage public folder mailboxes, from top right corner of your screen, click 
and then go to Exchange Module Configuration >> Public Folder Mailboxes.

Public Folder Mailboxes page shows list of existing mailboxes with additional information as:

Fields marked in red are required fields and cannot be left empty.
The Public Folder Mailboxes section allow admins to perform various tasks. For further details, refer to the following sections.
Including a Mailbox
To include a mailbox, click Include under Actions column.
Excluding a Mailbox
To exclude a mailbox, click Exclude under Actions column.
Deleting a Mailbox
To remove a mailbox, click Delete under Actions column.
