Managing response groups
To manage response groups, click Response Groups under Actions column.

Manage Skype Response Groups page shows list of existing Skype response groups with additional information as:

Manage Skype Response Groups page allow admins to create/edit/delete response groups. For further details, refer to the following section.
Creating a Response Group
To create a response group, click + Create Response Group and specify information to proceed.
?Editing a Response Group
To modify information of a response group, click Edit Response Group under Actions column and modify information to proceed.
Deleting a Response Group
To remove a response group, click Delete under Actions column.
