Hybrid Control Panel (v10)

Viewing Exchange mailboxes report

To view Exchange mailboxes report, go to Reports >> Enterprise Reports and click View under Exchange Mailboxes Report section to proceed.

Exchange Mailboxes Report page shows Exchange mailboxes with additional information as:

  • Mailbox Name- shows name of the mailbox. It is the email address.
  • CResource Name: shows name of the composite resource.
  • Mailbox Size - shows total number of mailboxes.
  • Mailbox Usage - shows total usage of mailboxes.
  • IMAP - shows whether IMAP is enabled on the mailbox or not.
  • POP - shows whether POP is enabled on the mailbox or not.
  • MAPI - shows whether MAPI is enabled on the mailbox or not.
  • OWA - shows whether OWA is enabled on the mailbox or not.
  • ActiveSync - shows whether ActiveSync is enabled on the mailbox or not.
  • Status - shows whether mailbox is enabled or not.
  • Mailbox Type: It shows the functional role of each mailbox.

 

Adding a Search Filter

To add a search filter, click  at top right to proceed.

Added filter can be seen on Exchange Mailboxes Report page in the Select Filter list as:
