Service Catalog Reports
This section shows all kinds of reports related to service catalog.
Viewing Customer's Service Plan Report
Sometimes it’s useful for the provider to have complete visibility of the service plans sold by its customers further downstream to their customers. This helps gain visibility into individual usages. HC provides a comprehensive report to track down such usages. The report is called Customer's Service Plans Report.
To view customer's service plan report, go to Reports >> Service Catalog Reports and click View under Customer's service plan report section to proceed.
