Managing Users' Public Folder Mailboxes
You may assign Public Folder Mailboxes to certain customers.
Assigned Public Folder Mailboxes would be visible to the customer and all customers beneath. They can select the appropriate Public Folder Mailbox at the time of creation of Public Folders.
To manage users' public folder mailboxes, from top right corner of your screen, click 
and then go to Exchange Module Configuration >> Users' Public Folder Mailboxes.
