Managing user's database instances
Database instances can be assigned to specific panel users through HC. Only the reserved instances will be available to the users when they create databases.
Database servers which are fully dedicated to some other users will not be available for instance assignment. To learn more about server dedication, see Understanding server dedication.
To assign database instances, from top right corner of your screen, click 
and then go to Shared Hosting Configuration >> User's Database Instances.
